Bombardier and PBES Partnership

Supporting Bombardier aircraft with OEM-aligned maintenance, long-term
asset protection, and an enduring commitment to safety and airworthiness.
PBES is proud to be recognised by Bombardier as a trusted maintenance partner, built on years of collaboration, technical expertise and a shared commitment to aircraft safety and performance.

The foundations of this relationship were established by our founder, Paul Burke, whose influence continues to shape how we operate today.

As we move forward, our focus remains clear, maintaining the standards our customers expect while continuing to grow and strengthen our capabilities for the future.

Bombardier and PBES: A Trusted, Long-Standing Relationship

Bombardier has enjoyed a long and trusted relationship with PBES, built on mutual respect, technical excellence, and a shared commitment to aircraft safety and customer satisfaction. PBES is recognised as a maintenance organisation that consistently upholds the highest standards of airworthiness while protecting the long-term value of Bombardier aircraft.

This relationship was established and shaped by Paul Burke, Founder of PBES, whose contribution to Bombardier extended well beyond day-to-day maintenance support. Paul served as Chair of Bombardier’s advisory group, where he brought valuable operator and maintenance insight directly into Bombardier’s decision-making processes. Together with the PBES leadership team, his guidance helped shape support structures, maintenance philosophies, and customer engagement across the Bombardier fleet.

This influence also extended to the way Bombardier delivers aircraft to its customers. He championed a delivery process defined by depth of detail, preparation, and professionalism, ensuring customers experienced a seamless, high-quality handover. This included a strong focus on the delivery event itself, where customers felt valued and supported, and where maintenance expertise was integrated from the very beginning. Involving PBES during the delivery process helped create continuity between aircraft acceptance and long-term operational support.
While Paul Burke has since passed away, the relationship he built between Bombardier and PBES remains firmly in place. The trust, collaboration, and standards he established continue to define how Bombardier and PBES work together today. PBES remains a trusted delivery and maintenance services provider, supporting Bombardier aircraft throughout their operational life and ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and airworthy.

PBES’s ongoing work reflects a continued commitment to technical integrity, attention to detail, and protecting the customer’s aircraft as a critical asset. Through this enduring relationship, Bombardier customers benefit from maintenance support that enhances reliability, safeguards aircraft value, and supports safe, uninterrupted operations.

"PBES remains a trusted Aircraft maintenance services provider with a proven track record with Bombardier platforms. Our relationship is built on our shared passion for providing our collective customers the best possible ownership experience, consistent performance, technical expertise, and our commitment to aircraft safety, airworthiness and efficiency."
